Over 70 years ago, Peter J. Riolo founded this office in it's present location. Over the years it has expanded and grown to keep pace with the ever changing real estate market.

From the age of the hand written listings & single office operation to the computer age, the Multiple Listing Service, and most recently the emergence of the Internet as a driving force in our industry, as well as our lives, we have changed to and grown to accommodate buyers and sellers in everyway.

Peter and Arthur, Peter J. Riolo's sons, are now continuing the business and have defined the character and values of the company and set a standard by which all other offices are compared.
